Currently offering the only privately-held LEED Silver Rated Meeting and Event Facility in the nation, The Hub embraces environmental responsibility as part of its sustainable business model. April 2008: The Hub announced today that they have signed an exclusive multi-year partnership with Starr Events, the full-service catering spin-off from renowned restaurateur, Stephen Starr. Beginning April 14, 2008, The Hub will offer select menu offerings from the various menus of Starr Restaurants, including Continental, Buddakan, Jones, and Alma de Cuba, just to name a few. March 2008: Famous promoter Stephen Starr has announced the formation of Starr Events, a catering company run by Simon Powles (overseer of Wolfgang Puck and President Clinton's second inaugural lunch) that will now be the sole caterer for The Hub.
