Technology Specialists
We are enthusiastically seeking Full-time and Part-time Technology Specialists. (1) Full-time and (1) Part-time needed, must be flexible with scheduling, occasional evenings and/or weekends based on event needs and client expectations. Minimum 2 years experience in professional audio-visual or computer related field; Hospitality experience preferred but not required. Ideal candidates should be customer service oriented, have a professional appearance, are friendly, outgoing, adaptable and eager to learn and grow with a young company. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows XP and Office applications and IP-based networking experience preferred. Driver’s license for deliveries/pick-ups encouraged. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs is ideal.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• On-site computer support of end-user clients
• Network/printing/application troubleshooting
• VoIP telephone system maintenance
• Set-up and break-down of audio-visual technologies including LCD projectors, microphones, sound systems, DVD players and audio recorders
• Set up and coordination of Videoconferencing system
• All other related and ancillary duties related to technology and event set-up
