Commerce Square

You already know we’re fans of art here at The Hub, and that goes for buildings too. Commerce Square was designed by the legendary architecture firm I.M. Pei, of the Louvre Pyramid fame (among other high profile buildings). Perhaps more important, its internal courtyard, considered a jewel of Philadelphia’s many green spaces, provides the access to nature that many of us consider critical to the work process.

Located in the city’s Logan Square neighborhood, The Hub Commerce Square addresses The Hub’s central philosophy of productivity. We meet our colleagues at events and facilities, but we do so with the express intention of collaboration, in order to grow.

We chose Commerce Square for its potential; its central location; its combination of prestige and grace. We designed the facility to reflect all of those things.

The Hub Commerce Square’s 24,000 square feet can accommodate up to 540 guests. Located a scant half-mile from 30th Street Station, Commerce Square is a self-contained facility with dining and lodging options.
